A person can be subjected before law courts only if the person is involved in some deeds and actions that are against laws. The person can be rescued from getting imprisonment by filing a case and then arguing for the case. For this the convicted person has to seek a lawyer to argue the case. Then the attorney will study the case and make investigations gather information from various sources and then only commit the case. All these things can be possible if and only if the victim gives the attorney a clear cut idea about the case regarding what had happened, how and when. Apart from an attorney arguing for the case the victim himself can argue for himself. Self reliability is the best option for criminal cases. There is a saying in English “if there is a will then there is a way”. So everything

depends upon the opinion and the idea of the convicted person as the person involved can argue better than the appointed lawyer or the attorney. Confidence and will power plays a major role in almost everyone’s life. There is nothing impossible, as the word impossible itself says I’m possible. If the person thinks I’m capable then he can do any thing and every thing if not then he is lost in the crowd. So when there is no will to solve a problem then there is no way. All depends on how one takes life. One has to put in some effort to gain something. So when there is willingness to do something then the person can surely win over everything and be successful.
